Having achieved a flawless '100' score in each of the seven categories relating to the gas and engineering sector, our firm complies with the highest demands from industry — across safety, health, environmental and quality procedures.

Boots of Beeston Water Bath Heater Gas Tubes. 4-inch Class 300 high pressure gas tubes for a heat exchanger. All welding carried out to T/SP/P/8. 100% radiography of butt welds. Hydrostatic pressure tested to 75 bar.

Cardigan P9 Works. Welding and coating of a single stopple and connection in on a 3-inch high pressure gas main with a wall thickness of 4.2mm. New 3-inch high pressure inlet pipeworks fabricated and pressure-tested on site.

Pen Y Bont Diversion. FitzWilliams were instructed to conduct all mechanical works and P2 welding of a circa 500m 4-inch high pressure diversion, including P9 welding of stopple pits together with specialised tie-in fabrications.

Nantgarw 24-inch x 18-inch Class 600 Spool. Our team carried out all welding in accordance with P8, 19mm Wall Thickness, 100% Radiography and a 105-bar Hydrostatic Pressure Test carried out within our workshop.

Heol Y Pentre LP Bridge Crossing. Our specialists carried out urgent works to replace a defective low pressure 4-inch gas main crossing a bridge. Pre-fabricated pipework and anti-vandal guards safely installed on site.
